Miss Molly Butterfly Bush is a compact flowering shrub known for its fragrant, ruby-red to deep pink flower spikes. The rich flower color is among the closest to true red found in a butterfly bush. Its blooms attract butterflies, hummingbirds and other pollinators from summer into fall. With a rounded habit that stays smaller than many traditional butterfly bushes, Miss Molly® works well in sunny borders, pollinator gardens, foundation beds and mixed shrub plantings.

Notes
Miss Molly flowers on new growth, so prune it in late winter or early spring after the threat of severe cold has passed. Remove dead stems and cut the remaining branches back to encourage fresh, sturdy growth. Plant it in a location receiving at least six hours of direct sunlight for the strongest growth and best flowering. Once established, it tolerates heat and short dry periods, but it performs best in well-drained soil and shouldn’t be planted in areas that remain wet.
